MATERIALS :
1. Squid 1 kg
2. 10 cloves Shallots
3. 3 cloves garlic
4. Onions 1 stalk pre
5. 10 pieces of red pepper
6. 10 pieces of green chillies
7. Tomatoes 1 piece
8. Halia 1 cm
9. 2 pieces of bay leaf
10. Tamarind 1 cm
11. Orange juice 1 piece
12. Salt to taste.
HOW TO MAKE :
- Squid is cut into two parts added tamarind water, lime juice and salt let stand for about 15 minutes.
- Chopped all the spices on top.
- Plus squid sauteed chopped herbs.
- Then add the bay leaf.
- Cook until the squid is tender.
