Ingredients:
500gr glutinous rice, soak 4 hours
250ml hot water
500gr chicken breast fillets, cut into small dice
3 tablespoons margarine
50gr Ebi, dry fried, mashed
Chicken Seasoning:
2 tablespoons garlic fries, mashed
2 tablespoons fried onions, mashed
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves of garlic minced
How to cook:
Steamed glutinous rice for 20 minutes, remove and place in a container of sticky rice.
Add 250ml of hot water, 1 tablespoon margarine
Mix well and steam for 30 minutes
