Iga Beef Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
750 grams of beef ribs
2 carrots cut into thick
4 small potatoes, diced
3 scallions, chopped
Seasonings I:
3 cm ginger, dikeprek
3 cm cinnamon
2 pieces of deaf
4 grains of cardamom
2 eggs bouillon cubes
1/4 nutmeg, dikeprek
salt to taste
Seasonings II:
8 pieces of garlic
5 pieces of red onion
How to Make:
1. Boil ribs over medium heat for about 2 hours for tender
2. I enter into the stew seasoning ribs, and boil again for 60-90 minutes until the meat is tender
3. Puree II seasoning, then stir-fry until fragrant. Add the carrots and potatoes in a stir fry until wilted.
4. Add the carrots and potatoes into the stew ribs, and cook back at least 10-15 minutes.
