Gudeg Jogja












Ingredients:
 
1. 1,000 g young jackfruit, cut into pieces
2. 2000 ml of water
3. 10 young teak leaves
4. 75 grams of brown sugar
5. 4 cm ginger, crushed
6. 2 bay leaves
7. 750 ml coconut milk is

Spices:
1. 10 red onions
2. 5 cloves garlic
3. 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, toasted
4. 6 eggs pecans, toasted

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Cover bottom of the pot with five leaves of jackfruit and teak and enter the water and cover again with the rest of the teak leaves.
2. Jackfruit boiled gently for 3 hours.
3. In another container, boil the coconut milk with spices, brown sugar, ginger, and bay leaf to boil, stirring frequently. Pour coconut milk in which the water decoction of jackfruit has been reduced and boiled for 1 hour to dry.
4. To be more durable, preferably in steamed back.
