Ingredients:
1. 250 g shrimp were peeled
2. 20 basil leaves
3. 1 stalk lemongrass, white part, thinly sliced
4. banana leaf
Puree:
1. Nutmeg 2 eggs
2. 2 cloves garlic
3. 3 red onions
4. 5 pieces of red pepper curls
5. 2 pieces of red chili sauce
6. ½ tsp shrimp paste fried
7. 1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
1. Toss peeled shrimp with spices until blended.
2. Add lemon grass and basil leaves and stir well.
3. Divide into 4 parts.
4. Wrap each section with a piece of banana leaf.
5. Both ends with a stick pin.
6. Steam heat in the steamer for 20 minutes until cooked. Lift.
7. Grilled over hot coals until slightly dry.
8. Lift and serve warm shrimp Pepes.
