Potato Doughnuts recipe











Ingredients:
     1. High protein wheat flour 400 grams
     2. 100 grams of potato starch
     3. 7 grams of instant yeast
     4. 5 grams of bread improver
     5. 80 grams of sugar
     6. 8 grams of salt
     7. egg yolks 2 eggs
     8. 275 ml of liquid milk
     9. 35 grams of butter


How to Make:  

1. Mix all dry ingredients and stir well.
2. Enter the egg yolks, pour the liquid milk. Knead until smooth. Add butter and knead until smooth.
3. Let stand for about 30 minutes (expands 2 times as much), flue gas role in the dough.
4. Flatten dough to 1 cm thick.
5. Print batter to taste. Develop back for about 20 minutes.
6. Heat oil and fry until golden brown. Lift.
7. Donuts ready decorated and presented.
