Ingredients:

How to make:
1. Young chicken cut into pieces.
2. Coconut fruit, peeled, then shredded. Pour the 2 liters of water. Wring it out and grab the coconut milk, condensed. Set aside. Pour another 2 liters of water, wring it out again and grab another coconut milk (diluted). Set aside.

3. Red onion, peeled and crushed garlic with hazelnut, coriander and cumin. Saute a minute then remove from heat. Leaves of lemon grass cut base. So also with galangal.
4. Chicken stew with coconut milk diluted. Enter the lemongrass and galangal. Once cooked, or dry, pour the coconut milk with spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste
5. lift and serve.
