Duck Recipes Bacem












Ingredients:

     1 whole duck, cleaned, cut into quarters
     1 orange juice, take the water
     500 ml of coconut water
     2 bay leaves
     3 cm galangal, crushed
     2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
     2 cm ginger
     50 ml of water


Puree:

     5 red onions
     6 cloves garlic
     1 teaspoon coriander
     100 grams of brown sugar
     1 tsp salt to taste

How to Make:

Marinate the duck meat with lime juice, and salt.
Cook the duck meat with coconut milk, spices, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass, and ginger until soft and tender.
Fry the duck until browned. Lift.
