Martabak Noodles recipe












Ingredients (Skin Martabak):

     1. 150 gr flour
     2. 2 eggs
     3. 300 cc of water
     4. ½ packs of noodles seasoning
     5. oil noodles

Martabak sauce:
     1. Onion, cut into small
     2. green chillies
     3. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
     4. Hot water
     5. Vinegar

How to Make:

 
Noodles are given 2 eggs and mix with herbs noodles, green onion (cut) and onions. Then stir until smooth. Heat a frying pan, lightly oil and then pour a little batter kullit. After a bit dry masukksn content then fold the dough and cook until done.
