Tengkleng recipe Goat











Ingredients:

     100 gr lamb (cubed)
     200 g rack of lamb (cut to taste)
     100 gr lamb offal (cut to taste)
     600 ml of water
     2 bay leaves
     1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
     2 cm galangal (crushed)
     2 cm ginger (crushed)
     2 kaffir lime leaves
     2 tablespoons cumin oil / vegetable oil

Subtle spice:

     3 cloves garlic
     3 red onions
     2 cm turmeric fuel
     1 teaspoon coriander
     ½ teaspoon pepper
     3 eggs hazelnut
     salt to taste


How to Make :
Boil the meat, ribs, and innards until tender. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Remove, and then insert it into the stew, boil again. Insert the bay leaves, lemon grass, galangal, lime leaves and ginger. Cook over low heat until the water boiled live 1/3 of his. Serve hot with chili sauce.
